European patent with unitary effect

Hello,

I was wondering whether anyone here is familiar with it and whether anyone could give me some advice regarding this matter..
Im going to write a course-work about the topic (a bit more precise tho), and I could use some help.
Is there anyone familiar with the topic and do you happen to know some specific problems that may / or will definitely occur and I could write about in my course-workinb4 insults that make me want to cry : (

I am very much up to date with the background information etc :)

The journal was more aimed towards some of the crossfire users, who are familiar with the topic themselves and who have their own ideas regarding some of the possible knockbacks in the EU Patent.

doesnt necessarily have to be "own" ideas, but something worth looking into and writing about :D

try some journals from pubmed, science direct etc...even google scholars can help

its a great thing. patents are damn expensive and one had to apply for each country in different languages. now everything is compiled, cheaper and in 3 optional languages.
