Roxio - Faggots

Hey has anyone ordered anything recently from the roxio website, I bought the Roxio Game Capture HD two weeks ago, got an email saying first class will arive in 4-7 days. Its been 2 weeks.

No tracking, No support, you cant even contact these guys digital river. It must be a side company has 2 star rating customers hate them. Yet roxio uses them I email roxio they just reply no not answering nothing to do with us. So basically im pissed so I said no your lying. You received the payment so it actually does have something to do with you help me with support or even contacting them.

This was sent first class as I said and it said 4-7 days. The thing whats pissing me off is theres no tracking number. Could be anywhere. Im so mad I dont know what to do if you have any ideas please help.

Pussies :D There a big company so its not like am trolled roxio been for a while. Just wondering if anyone has had an issue with em or should i complain or what. Called digital river.
Hopefully u haven't spend on game to much and let this be a lesson for next time to not buy from some random companies.
Roxio isnt a random company they been around for years... Its just they use that random place completely not my fault

My post was made on headline from his main topic, stating that the support does not respond, neither he could get in contact with any of them, i know large companies are making sometimes same mistakes, but from them, u can be sure, u will get answer back if there's a delay at delivery.

I myself had once a posponed delivery from a period of 3-4 days to 7+ days, with a simple email i got all informations i needed within 24h.

If you ordered from the roxio website, and haven't received the package its still technically their fault. Seeing the transfer of goods has not yet occurred i think they're responsible for sorting it out. I've had stuff like this before aswell, it usually takes a couple of formal emails and they usually sort it out.

Just be all formal and direct in your emails and eventually they'll sort it out. You can look up the rules on this on a consumer website or something. Also if you used creditcard/paypal to pay they have consumer protection programs which would probably allow you to get your money back!

GL, just dont give up, don't start being needlessly rude in your communication to roxio and it'll be fine!
