Who uses a pre?
if so what kind, i use C4. fav flavour is the Blue icy razz. FUCKING DELISH!!!
But im finding now that im using more and more scoops to get my boost -_-

If your body is getting used to it, either switch pre's or don't take any for 2/3 months. Currently not taking any either for the same reason
Yeah, c4 has 150 mg of caffeine which is the main ingredient that gives you the "boost" but on 2+ scoops its not worth it for me.
I stopped smoking weed a few months back and would go to the gym stoned. it worked for me a little bit, but then it got boring lmfao. plus smoking and working out, isnt good hahah.
Was thinking about another pre, but alot of ppl around me that work at "fuel", or "GNC" dont really know much about other pre's. So im kinda like... wow. ya know haha

I only try to eat as much tuna, rice, bananas and low fat curd cheese as I can xD

i drink coffee 40 min before every training and take like 2/3 tablespoon of beta alanine before workout ,seems ti work out well
But i enjoy the gym aswell.
