500W Codegen PSU

Hello!

Would a 500W Codegen PSU handle the following specs?

MB: Asrock G41M-VS3 R2.0
VGA: MSI GEFORCE GTX-260
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6550
RAM: 2GB DDR3 Geil 1333MHZ - PC3-10660

Or shall I buy something stronger?

Yes. A decent 400w would do too.

500 Watt is okay, but with 550 or 600 you have enough power without problems... how many hard disks you wanna use ? ( Important is the power managment )
