OCL COD4 Country Battle Cup

The Online Competition League & Onedayservers wants to provide you with a brand new tournament. The “OCL COD4 Country Battle Cup I” this tournament will be split up into different phases, which is explained further in this post! For this tournament we have partnered up with tek9 for coverage with/for this tournament and hope to see enough streamed matches! Let us see alot of good teams formed and maybe some returning good players to represent their country!

- Servers will be available to use during the tournament by http://www.onedayservers.com
- Teams must have 5 players from the same country registered/added on their teampage in the members section.
- Any form of banned players is not allowed, when a team gets caught using or playing with banned or cheating players. The team will be excluded out of the tournament immediately.


PHASE1: MONDAY 25th March - Signups open
SATURDAY 13th April - Signups closed

PHASE2: 17th April - Start Team groupmatches
8th May - End Team Groupmatches (teams with most points on that point will go trough, even if not all matches have been played there has been enough time to shedule them)

PHASE3: 13th May - Start Country Group Tournament ( more info later)

PHASE4: Playoffs ( more info later)

Phases:
PHASE1: Teams creations/signup
To get accepted or to be able to signup for this tournament, teams will have to contain 5 players from the same country. When a team manages to gramble atleast 5 players toghether they can signup for this and make a chance to play into the tournament, the best teams from each country will play the final Country Battle against other countries !

PHASE2: Groups
Each group will contain teams from the same country that signed up. They will battle their way up and will have to face each other in group matches!

At least 4 teams from the same country need to signup, to enable the Country into this tournament, countries that do not manage to get 4 different teams signed up for the first group stage matches will not be included into the tournament!

PHASE3: Country Group Tournament
The teams that finished first in the team groupmatches from each Country will face each other into the Country Group tournament! This means from each Country the best team will play vs each other, these teams will battle for their Country to be at the top!

PHASE4: Playoffs
The best 2 teams from each group will play into a single elimination bracket to decide the verry best top Country Team!
