I think it's a mouse problem really.

I think you got a mouse problem

Basically, when you are tracking somebody slowly across the screen your mouse is fine, tracks it perfectly. However, when you try to do a quick snap to the left or right, it moves a lot more slowly, it doesn't have the same sensitivity, but seems to 'struggle' to get there.

well it happens to me when i forget to turn off vsync from drivers after filmaking xC

happens to me aswell found no way to fix it so far :S tried 4 diffrent mices

looks like negative acceleration, you play with high dpi?

If rinput doesn't solve it, I would try to lower desktop sens a lot and see if it's a mouse issue even outside the game.
But checking for mouse neg. accel outside the game is hard, because you should really lower desktop sens a lot, probably you can't do it without some software

Try to set your DPI lower, 800 would do the job.

Yep, basic negative acceleration, it sometimes is a feature of the mouse but often the problem is windows, do you have your windows mouse sensitivity set to 6/11 and removed Enhanced pointer precision?

If it happens in-game there might be some programs that remove acceleration or there might be something for it in the options in-game.

Which OS are you using? with XP it is easy to remove but don't know if there is any "mouse accel fix" for Win7 or Win8
