Steelseries Sensei Problem

I have this shit problem that my mouse lags in games, specially in ET.
It will stop working for 1 second and it goes on again.
Sometimes my mouse will stop so I have to plug out and in the USB cable.
Does anyone of you know this problem?

It may be the hz, it happen to me with my deathadder try to restart computer everytime yu change it

I have it always on 1000 Hz

i had the same prob with xai but i had it at 500 hz. when i changed to 1000 hz problem was gone or at least it didn't appear in last months . forums say its a sensor defect and to go store to change it if u r still in the warranty.

either a broken cable or a typical steelseries bug, starts to happen and appear more and more often

Those bugs happen a lot because of SS engine (mice/headphones itself arent so often broken..)..
try to delete all files of SS engine and reinstall it with new updates etc...
