Hi guys ! Im back!
Im eating after Intermittent fasting, and in the way i do it i only eat one big meal a day.
-800gram of fish, some read meat, 1 avocado, annans, and goji berries.

2jogurts
one beer
one frisco
2l of water
150g of strawberries
50g of rapsberries
but i ate 6 rice cakes with banana and honey before the gym like always ^^
my first meal a day is around 3-4 a clock, that contais 100gram of whey isolate or whey100 and around 10 nuts.
45-60 minuts later, i eat rice cakes with honey/banana before the gym, during my gym i am drinking hydroisolate protein.
When i get home around i eating my only real meal and thats around 7 a clock.
But just now I ate some breads with butter,cheese, 100% deer meat + some smoked tabasco. Drank milk + some homemade berrysmoothie.
2 cheese burger for dinner

500g chickenbreast
1 proteinpancake with natural PB (32g carbs, 8g fat, 50g protein)
5 eggs
1 orange
1 wheyshake
thinking about upping my calorie intake, getting lean too fast

when im fasting im taking bcaa 10gram then and then
my first meal is 100gram whey, with around 10 nuts - 3 a clock
before gym, rice cakes and honey/banana, thats around 4 a clock and bcaa ofc
during my gym hydroisolate whey, when im training.
after gym around 7 a clock, my meal is aoround 1kg of meat or fish or chicken, and carbs ususally around 0.5kg potatoes.
100g whey, holy shite :D
And what goji berries are? and what do you eat for in other meals?
