Hi guys ! Im back!

Im eating after Intermittent fasting, and in the way i do it i only eat one big meal a day.

-800gram of fish, some read meat, 1 avocado, annans, and goji berries.

what are the macro's there? little carbs I guess?
no idea, well had little less carbs today, ate kinda much carbs yesterday :P

but i ate 6 rice cakes with banana and honey before the gym like always ^^

one big "real meal" a day.

my first meal a day is around 3-4 a clock, that contais 100gram of whey isolate or whey100 and around 10 nuts.
45-60 minuts later, i eat rice cakes with honey/banana before the gym, during my gym i am drinking hydroisolate protein.
When i get home around i eating my only real meal and thats around 7 a clock.

Usually: a lot of different kind of fish(300g-1kg per day, 5x in week) + random breads, milk/hot chocolate. For free.

But just now I ate some breads with butter,cheese, 100% deer meat + some smoked tabasco. Drank milk + some homemade berrysmoothie.
lasagne + salad + soup for lunch
2 cheese burger for dinner
just made 300gchicken with 200g pasta + 100g salad with 1 cucumber and 4eggs

How long you've been on IF? Currently a month in with a 4hour eating window, melts the fat right off

few weeks only, i like it alot.

when im fasting im taking bcaa 10gram then and then

my first meal is 100gram whey, with around 10 nuts - 3 a clock
before gym, rice cakes and honey/banana, thats around 4 a clock and bcaa ofc
during my gym hydroisolate whey, when im training.
after gym around 7 a clock, my meal is aoround 1kg of meat or fish or chicken, and carbs ususally around 0.5kg potatoes.

hmm, I don't like training with a full stomach and I feel I burn more fat if I train fasted, but that maybe just in my mind :P I eat from 6pm till 10pm and train at about 2pm / 3pm in the afternoon the next day. BCAAs + pwo before training and proteinshake right after my training and letting my body absorb that for about 15-30min, then I have my big meal etc. etc. It's really tough sometimes though ,fasting for 20 hours and working/studying , but this shit works so good ^^ I'm aiming to be at 8-10% bf in the coming 2 months. Currently at about 14% I think, most likely less.

I'm on a keto diet at the minute, have been for around 4-5 weeks. Had 2x bacon and 2x poached eggs for beakfast, 2x chicken breasts through the day and 1x steak. Not sure what I will have for dinner, anything with some green/low carb veg. Cardio 3x per week after work and weights each morning (lo-ish weight high reps).
you forgot the 10x mars bars m8.
