After much delibration, I have decided to take makers of the series 'Arrows' to court after using my gaming video in their tv series without my consent. I will be suing them on the basis of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, my lawyer believes I have a very strong case and will be looking at thousands as a minimum.
Episode 21 of the first series features popular fragmovie This is ET on their monitor screen in a scene with a laptop in the background.
My lawyer has contacted all contractual parties involved with TV series makers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg, and we shall be making a claim within the next few days.
