Euro tries to take control over the europe - in the future who knows what they would like to do. But they are failing. This what is happeing know is called "economic war".
Anyway all the europe LEADERS i.e Barroso, Van Rompuy are former comunists, and they are in EU unelected and unremovable. Where is democracy if noone voted for them? They just took control, but the difference between them and the Hitler is that Hitler wanted to take control with his army, and those euro suckers got to the power by the back doors and they did made themselves a LEADERS and they are able to do anything actually. Go and read the Lisbon Treaty. It clearly says that if the policy of associated countries does not favors EU interests(UNELECTED AND UNREMOVABLE LEADERS INTERESTS) then the EU can make proper decrees that obligates those countries to stop their activity. Where is democracy and freedom of those countries? Doesnt it brakes the "sovereignty" of those countries if their laws can be rejected by some suckers? Please see the light mr Levin.

nope it is normal biurocratic schema. In order to receive 100dollars, you had to give someone those 100dollars + a fee for functionary who is giving you this money. The same goes with EU. Countries are paying a lot of money in taxes(i.e carbon taxes) and they are giving back a little bit of this money. In fact they are just wasting money.
