New fps ?

Hi guys, my mate France kArn4j and me want to play some FPS together. Obviously not ET (we were too skilled anyway), But we have no idea what game is played as competitiv game.
Artic Combat look nice, there is a big community?

Well I'm only playing csgo as fps game at the moment. You could give war thunder a try, no fps though
Its actually pretty easy to aim in csgo :D

Well maybe but everyime I watch a fragmovie, players have to aim the floor to hit the opponents ^^

i dont rly know as im not into the 1.6 scene, but afaik csgo is way more active considering lans and big online tournaments, not sure about online though.

CS 1.6 has probably like 5x the players of CS:GO, still. :P

in fact CS:Source still has double or so the players of CS:GO. of course the only one of these receiving big money support is CS:GO, I wish everyone played only one of them. would be a huge playerbase!

Well source is and has ever been more a public orientated game, at least for me. Cs 1.6 was the best of those 3 games but as i said above there arent any real big lans as most of those good players switched to csgo. Think the amount of players playing csgo is still high enough to fill all those online leagues. http://play.esea.net/index.php?s=league&d=standings&division_id=2112 more than 100 teams in the open division and all players even paid for playing this league, so think the game is abit more active considering competitive level than cs 1.6 and source :b

the competitive level in cs 1.6 & cs:s is still pretty high. just they don't have some IEM, ESWCs, MLG etc d; in the peak of cs 1.6 (probably one of the early CAL leagues/tournaments or something) had 10,000 teams in that season or full league. :P

yes and no to the competitive scene. There were acutally 3 "leagues" with weekly cups and prizes. But webzen stopped support for the prizes (Still waiting on my prizes tho :D) Now there is only esl. Spring league is going on right now. Weekly friday cups and nations cup might be coming soon

Well irc is not used to find enemys. You just start the game and join the clan server, get into a room of some potential oppos and play them (the game is beeing started out of the room you are joining) not needed/possible to play on your own server.
Second option is to use esl versus
