FPS problem

Hi there my fellow americans. I got some issues and wondering if its only me or all of u have same problem handsome guys, Normally I got stable 125 fps on every map coz i got laptop from the future. But when someone is hitting me suddenly my fps are dropping out like from 125 to 70-80 fps , dont know if its how supposed to be or just my et is fucking with me.

need answers right away experts. Cheers

EDIT: It was weird coz newest games work excelent on the highest details and got no prob with fps but i changed resolution for a lower one and it helped. Thx goes to holyshit

I'm not american but disable FSAA and aniso and/or use a lower-resolution

threaded optimization off?

try without chams they might make you lag your fps

Well, i have 40 fps in average in each maps, and when someone hits me i have also a lil fps drop, although my cfg is based on amazon's cfg and it includes the lowest graphic settings. I had around 25-30 fps before i started using that cfg, so modifiyng settings, like resolution etc might help a lil bit. I have a laptop also.
