NBS whine

who the hell is this guy? and why he still isnt banned ? every time he plays on NBS he uses obvious WH and after some time he switches on aimbot and "namechanging tool", disallowing enemies to live longer than 3 secs and disallowing his teammates to kill anyone :D. and he returns after every kick, votes for kicks to other players(today opposite team kicked 4 players but not him :D) and makes morning-gaming annoying and totally not funny :(
why he isnt on tzac banlist? or why he doesnt have ban on NBS :<?

Why don't you just simply choose 1 or 2 active admins to take care of cheaters to avoid long periods until they finally get banned?

well , he steals other player names(and renames every 30 seconds) :P but he played with khlapja(some random numbers), and http://www.crossfire.nu/user/some numbers/guesswho ...
maybe disallow "/set name" script on the server to make kicking him easier...
