How good upload would you recommend for streaming?

Do you have a Koetje?

I have 3.72mb upload, which isn't really that impressive but its enough to do a 480p+ stream on twitch pretty much 100% stable(from my side, there is almost always lag from Twitch side).

Upgrading to 6bm upload soon so should be able to do alittle better than.

And I dont know what you mean with a Koetje :D
