I basiclly eat what ever I want, but lately gone more for healthy foods. A lot more veggies and fruits also some eggs in between morning and lunch and dinner times. So I could get the needed calories, because of my hard work I do daily.

But I can say, I never use any sorts of additional stuff like proteine, creatine etc. Just pure natural way, I used to use in the past. But last 2 years I have been working out without the additional stuff and it is possible to get big.Just takes a lot more time and effort.
No need for whey protein / creatine etc etc...

Protein can you get from real food sources, whey and beef protein and etc just make it easier to take when you got no time for cooking or after gym to get fast something after....

Creatine, well you get that from beef aswell ( not same amount ofc ) But i have not been using creatine aswell... And well creatine is not magic that makes u super fitness =P
