too bad, I like beer a lot, so I cant look like that, but i gotta say rugby is a good sport to get big.
Am i competing as one ? - No
Am i big as a bodybuilder ? - No
Do i train to be in shape ? - Yes
Do i like to train and eat healthy ? - Yes
Do i work as a model ? - Yes
Is that why you need to be in shape for underwears pics/bath pics ? - Yes

But I can say, I never use any sorts of additional stuff like proteine, creatine etc. Just pure natural way, I used to use in the past. But last 2 years I have been working out without the additional stuff and it is possible to get big.Just takes a lot more time and effort.
Protein can you get from real food sources, whey and beef protein and etc just make it easier to take when you got no time for cooking or after gym to get fast something after....
Creatine, well you get that from beef aswell ( not same amount ofc ) But i have not been using creatine aswell... And well creatine is not magic that makes u super fitness =P
