microsoft intelli explorer 3.0 still the best mouse ever!! should swap my cable and use it again ;(

At least the best price/quality combination for sure. I have had mine for about 2 years now and this is still working like a charm. I had Razer DA for like an year after using the microsoft mouse for an year but the DA broke up all of a sudden. So Shyzik if you are looking for a cheap and working mouse you should buy either Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0 (it's like 30 € on ebay) or if you don't need 5 buttons you can buy Intellimouse Optical 1.1a or Microsoft WMO. You can find both of them for like 12$ on Ebay.

Or Shyzik if you are setting your eyes on a totally new mouse you should consider Zowie mice. I have read some good reviews about Zowie AM and the EC EVOs they both cost like 50 euros here in Finland.
Here's my 2 cents :)

thx for info! so i think i'm going to choose between 3.0 and zowies
Parent
But keep in mind that half of 3.0 and 1.1 on ebay are fakes.
Parent
those prices you give for the intellimouse 3 are kinda wrong. I can only find new ones for a) 90 eur from top seller b)60 euros from other sellers c)30 or so used.

G400 +1, never had any experience with Zowie, Razer blows ass because all you ever read on here is them breaking down.
Parent
Would go for a zowie AM or a g400
razer deathadder 3,5G black edition!
broke down after 1 year, i have no faith in razer anymore
Parent
I presume you sent them a support ticket then? I have only ever had two issues which were not down to me with Razer before. They sent me an adress to post the mouse off to and I received a brand new one 2 weeks later. Razer and Steelseries are amazing at customer service, so before bashing a brand saying you have no "faith" in them why not try move your fat arse and get something done?
Parent
since i bought it from usa and i'm living in lithuania, i think there will be lots of problem to do that
Parent
doesnt matter what country you bought it i think, they have a customer support themselves and it doesnt have to be returned to the store you originally purchased it at.

then again, i have no experience with razer customer support but with logitech this was the case.
just try and contact them (in my case, i didnt even have to send my mouse, i just had to give the details about it and i received a brand new g400 to replace my old mx518)
Parent
Doesn't matter at all which country you bought it from. I just told them I purchased it at a LAN event "recently" After that there were no questions asked just gave me a ticket numer to attach to the parcel and an address to post it to.

zowie fk
razer deathadder !
I used DA for over 2 years, but.. after they relased synapse I have load of problems with drivers atcontrolpanel, DA have some mouseaccel after PC restart. Some shits all the time.
Parent
legacy drivers are better than synapse feature wise.. razer is done in my eyes, as long as synapse is here I won't buy their overpriced crap.

zowie ec1.
Zowie AM-GS here! Best mouse I've ever used(I had Xai, Deathadder 1800 and 3500, Logitech G400/MX518/G3/G5/G9, Microsoft IE 3.0)
Why best, because of smooth, shape?
Parent
When it comes to mice I think most things are personal preference, but compared to the other mice I have used its shape fits my hands easily(no strain from playing long hours). The sensor feels most natural, it doesn't feel jitterish and I've never had any acceleration issues and since I am a very2extremely high sens user that is a wonderful thing :P. Also it doesn't use drivers, so never have the driver stuff messing up and settings being lost.
Parent
Thanks.
Yeah, I like zowie because theres no problems with drivers shizzle.
Parent
Doesn't have the same shape as Xai? Just asking, coz i changed the xai over a g400. love the sensor, but used with the xai shape ... so was looking over the am or fk zowie's products.
Parent
Shape is similar, but the Zowie AM's back is a little lower(so its abit flatter) than the Xai
Parent
then it's more comfortable then the xai ...
Parent
depends on how big your hands are, if small then yes probably abit more comfy. Larger hard youll have to claw your hand more to properly lay ur hand down
Parent
You just listed 10

10

that's alot of mice :D

anyways, mx518 for the win
Parent
Oh I've used more, just not worthy even mentioning here :P Also I dont have any of them anymore(except Zowie Am that I use now) I kept reselling them for the next one and finding one that fits me best :P

Razer DiamondBack (Not the 3g): You can only buy from 2nd hand, but obviously the best quality/price rate on the market, u can get one for 10€ and it's an amazing mice
SteelSeries Xai: 30-40€, quality vise just like DiamondBack - perfect, but better shape for my hand
bought zowie EC1 evo few months ago coz my DA broke and only negative thing that comes to mind is that the original mouse feet are shit.
and also it may feel weird at first coz DA is heavier than zowie but ull get used to it pretty quickly.
Well almost any mice feels light compared to Deathadder, those things are just heavy as a brick, which for lowsens is a great thing in my opinion but for high sens players(like me) it was/is horrible to play with :/
Parent
Heavy mouse is shit doesn't matter what sensitivity you are using imo. Is Zowie AM-GS light?
Parent
Pretty light yea(88gr), a little lighter than Steelseries Xai(98gr)

ms 3.0 or deathadder
I'll probably go for zowie next. Using wmo1.1a now and used to use DA3.5G.
G9 best gamer mouse,Qpad XT-R
i'm rly interested in zowie mouses and ms 3.0. looking forward to hear more info about quality, if someone could share would be nice.
and why there so many suggestion to go for deathadder? i think da quality doesn't fit the price. after half year i had double click problem, and later cable broke down. and i wasn't using it heavily, i wasn't throwing it to the wall after hard moments in gaming.
feels like most of the newer mice are ambidextrous which i just cannot get along with... got myself a Logi G400S after my ime 3.0 broke down
Im currently playing with Zowie EC1 eVo + Puretrak Talent combination but this one looks cool:

Same combo :P
Parent
It has worked fine for me these two or three months I've played with this mouse. My previous mouse was standard EC1 with no problems at all. Anyway, thank you for telling me this. :)

Zowie EC
mouse with one of these sensors: avago S3888/3090/3095/3060/3080,
3090/3095 bestest
3888 for high dpi, 3080 for medium, 3060 for low dpi
ms 3.0 or 1.1 are the best... BUT both work very unstable with furious high sens above 10.....
if you´re playing fps games 10 sens is WAYYYYYYYYYY to much
Parent
used to play hl2dm with 7.0 and quakelive with 4.0->10.0 ... et is the only game that requires as low sens as it's possible due to bugged hitboxes....
railgun is so beautiful with 10.0 ....

ss kana v2 (coming on the market soon)
