Well, i surely am not good enough for silver, but remember i only started this kind of games @January and started at bronze 1, dropped to 3 and have been climbing till silver 2 by playing mainly evelynn jungler and support...
You cannot expect me to be that good considering i only played at season 3 without any previous experience :)
