Since I'm stupidly banned from F/A forum, and I'm not sure if that's the link DTec posted, I posted a really good tutorial with links for the pbsetup you need to use to make it work
You have to d/l a certain pbsetup, which will work with ET. The one on the pb website doesn't give you the option to add et. Then you need to put your etkey in /user/<user name>/app data/roaming/punbkbuster/etpro/ folder if you have Vista or win 7. I THINK Win 8 is the same, but not sure
Anyway, the reason you would put your etkey on the folder you said, is if you didn't have write permission to the folder you have ET installed in (eg. Program Files). This would happen if you don't run ET as administrator. Because of that, game writes user data in app data instead of the installation folder. But in ET's case, this is irrelevant because you get "Failed pure server check" error if you don't run ET as administrator.
