With the new AMD beta driver ( 13.11 ) , I can maxout BF4 at stable 60FPS
but for me ( and a few others ) , updating drivers made ET unplable.
In fact , someone reported this since 13.6 but AMD doesn't seem to care as ET is meanless to them.
So if you want to play BF4 you need at least 13.8+ and if you want it to be stable , 13.9+ .
So its simple , you want to play ET , you uninstall all drivers and install 13.6 beta 2 http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/amd_catalyst_13_6_beta2_download.html
then you want to play BF4 , you reupdate drivers.
Although I saw a guy who can play ET normally with 13.11 , dunno why.

not sure how UAC handles RInput though unfortunately
please
edit: http://borge.nl/et/rinput.rar (start ET, then start the .exe for RInput and write ET.exe -- alternatively left4dead2.exe etc)
