PB added and working streaming PBbans and GCC

If you have cvars for any hax in your cfg, you'll get kicked. I checked it and it works, even if you don't have them enabled.

IP and guid Bans now working.

you cannot stream to pbbans anymore since PB does not support ET, not sure what you mean with "Streaming to PBBans"

1. The exploit only kicks the person who used it, not crashing the server.
2, the fuck do I know about PBBans other than my server got added there .if it's streaming or not doesn't matter. It is streaming GCc anyway.
3., you don't eve nhave to be cheating .just have the cvars for a hax program in your cfg and kicked.

Boom! Done!

HipKat has right. Today PB and GCC worked very well showing everyones guid and IP in public and also the cheaters got kicked.
