You can set up a delay in your streaming sortware aswell, obs and xsplit offer this function?

Hey. I'd like to stream matches from internet football quiz. Yet, I need to set up 30 secs delay (so that spectators cannot help with giving answers to players). The problem is every programme I found asks for $ with that option enabled. I found other way, by using xsplit I'm streaming via twitch. Found an article

NOTE: Stream delay is an available option for professional players by request.
So, is there anyone who could ask for such option for such channel?
Or is there any other way to sort it out?

Both offers it for :$ (eg. xsplit 25 $ for 3months licence)
obs dont wanna moneyz :S
But requires Vista or smth, I got Win XP :P
