Hi Crossfire,
Since some of you guys happen to know a lot about pc related stuff, I wanted to ask you which monitor is the best to buy in 2014. I am searching a 120 HZ monitor and my price is around 300 euros, I think your pc has to be good enough to run some of todays monitors so i'll post my setup below (if you need to know more, tell me).
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 TI
Intel ® Core i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80 GHz
8192MB RAM
Thanks in advance.

my almost black and white 50yr old crt still delivers 120hz np (colours are for pussies)
but who knows.. maybe the benq will have support for the gsync in the future..
for those who recommend, could you please explain why?
I personally own a benq xl2720t since today and i have to say its amazing.
TN panel mean if u look from the side, bottom or upper the monitor, you will see like a black screen, eventho it isnt, so you just have to be right in front of the monitor.
The colour are just bad, you have to change the colour value before using it.
On shootmania, the enemys are just more visible than with any monitor i did try (an lg 120hz and a viewsonic 120hz)
There is .exe that should do it automaticly for you, but i aint able to get it to work...
BenQ XL2411T, save your money, get a better product. It doesn't look as fancy or has some retarded profile switching buttons, but does everything and more the xl2420t does, better even for a whole lot of less moniez.
dankeschööön :p
Go for the ASUS VG248QE (299 €), use the settings and ICC profile posted here
http://pcmonitors.info/reviews/asus-vg248qe
and enjoy the WOW effect when you play the first time with 144 hz. Also use this
http://www.blurbusters.com/zero-motion-blur/lightboost/
to enable lightboost out of the 3D mode and you have the best setup / monitor atm available on the market (for gaming ofc).
