Something Something bleh

I need an SP game that I can play while watching tv series, something that you can half-ass and in which you can build something / create something, a game that doesn't really have an end point but in which you can just keep going. ( e.g. : used to play football manager while watching tv shows but I'm kinda sick of it now )
