DayZ Standalone anyone?

Has anyone tried playing the more and more popular Game DayZ Standalone (not talking about the mod!)

This is the most fun game since ET for me and some of you should really give it a try :) It is actually the first game that let my heart beat faster during a gunfight! DAYZ is a gritty, authentic, open-world survival horror hybrid-MMO game, in which players follow a single goal: to survive in the harsh post-apocalyptic landscape as long as they can. Players can live through powerful events and emotions arising from the ever-evolving emergent gameplay. You start without any inventory (except a flash light and battery) and you have to find food, weapons, clothes, weapons etc. You can use medication such as pain killers or morphine to cure broken legs or sickness. The map is very large. So it could take up to one or two hours to cross the entire map. You can find new friends and start with them your new adventure or discover the map by your own. There are bandits who can steal all your stuff or shot you and there are heroes, who might help you out. There is so much to discover in this game and it is only the alpha. Every 1-2 weeks there is an update and the developers actually talk to you on reddit (you can make suggestions etc.) Here some example videos:
