mouse rate problem

i got a g400s and it supposed to have 1000 hz but they drop from 1000-300 they are simply not stable

was trying to solve the problem but got no solution

any idea how i could fix this ?

edit: if i remove the stuf at show curent rate it is even going up till 2500 hz

but ingame i get only like 500-1000 hz unstable

EDIT: now i put it to 500 hz but it seems like my mouse disconects for 1 sec all the time
