2 outcomes:

1) You spend the 100 euros. Everything is fan-fucking-tastic, LoL plays almost perfectly and ET, well, that shit can be run on electronic watches soon. Then, 2 months later, in comes Riot Games, as a thank you to the community decides to upgrade the graphics, textures and whatnot, to the point where it can actually look similar to other modern MOBAs. Obviously that 100 euro system will probably still be enough to run it, however you will sure as shit experience huge fps drops in big fights, causing you to feed and get dropped back to Bronze. Those 100 euros will then rip in pepperonis and you will probably send that pc to your mom and dad as a pc for facebook and internets.

2) You either keep the 100 euros, or spend a few hundred more to buy something that will actually carry you for many years, like maybe even for the new Wolfenstein™.

100s fine, have a look around your local ebay/craigslist and the likes, chances are you'll find something better for the same if not less. People, usually just throw out old used hardware anyway, those that don't re-purpose them.

Would be nice to have more details about the ram and motherboard
But i think its a nice deal considering the games you want to play
