First of all, there is no exercise for 'ankles' as it isn't a muscle. There are calves and and tibias anterior. Of course there is shitloads of exercises for them. (http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/CalfWt.html)

Also, that's only roughly 50% of your legs. What about quads and hamstrings? Those are the most visible through pants. You can't hide your skinny pathetic chicken legs in pants.
