doesnt take lots of junk food, nuts, chocolate, full fat milk etc to reach high amounts of calories!
incline bench with your head up and pullovers will fix it in no time. just watch for pullovers, they can fuck you up.
Also incorporate some cable incline flys to your routine after your beginner phase.
