:D multiple variations of push ups for the chest and dips if you have something you can abuse for them :D and for abs: planks, jackknife, laying leg raises, crunches, sit ups, russian twist, side planks, side hypers and for combining both: inch worm

can't say there is a best exercise since the best is to vary between multiple ones

Well he used cheats to compensate skill in a video game i was jut thinking hes doing the same irl with big muscles.

lost 2 pounds since the first journal, but still 10 to go, i was in a slump for 2-3 years now :(

but atleast i lost 15 pounds since january while rebuilding some muscles :)
freaking examperiod destroyed all my efforts, gained 7 pounds during that time :(

Getting back on track with diet, near 74kg again but stronger.
Don't follow crossfit or anything but I do incorporate this with my workout, just bodyweight exercises or barbell stuff outside of my climbing.
