I played ET with Microsoft Wheel Optical for 9 years
when I bought some Genius shit for 4 euros and I didnt noticed any change
recently I started playing without acceleration
Im left-handed and thinking about buying razer deathadder left-handed edition
Ive tried playing with friends deathadder for a while, but didnt notice any change too
I would finally have 5 buttons but I think aim wouldnt get better, maybe because dont have talent for that

I recommend wmo, since mice tend to break easily (especially razer ones) so getting a new one wouldn't be much of a purchase (10 euros). Got myself one today and I can only recommend this.
Everyone says that, but I've had my Razer Deathadder for 4 years
5 years here and not a single problem :D
yeah
If you don't want your hardware to be the reason for missing that crucial timing or moment, then yes.
you obviously haven't tried a wmo =)
I have, and I didn't say it was bad. Contrary it's a great product. I personally simply prefer Zowie mice(AM specifically). Compared to his WMO maybe it's not a huge improvement, but compared to most 'regular' mice I would say yes, assuming you get the right one, a 'gaming' mouse is worth it.
I used the zowie ec1 evo and now WMO. I find them quite equivalent in terms of performance (after I overclocked wmo to 500hz). Shape-wise wmo fits my hand better and many more quake players find the ambidextrous shape of wmo the best. that's a personal preference though so I've nothing to claim there. All I'm saying that I definitely would buy a couple of wmos for the price of buying a 'gaming' mouse
