Maybe it's just me, but the tune that comes in at ~1:30 has a few parts which seem pretty much off-key.

yeah from 1:30 on it's a pure fuck up, no offence... I suggest you to get some more music knowledge in general, such as key and rythm and then continue to do your deep house thing because from what I've heard there you don't seem too untalented

Neither both, I use since a little while Ableton, but when I started producing I used FL indeed.
And your track sounds okay!

Sounds a little too dry, add some little echo with decay on you samples. Add a background bass of short notes with lower octaves, and longer hi-hat sounds, and some wind static sound while entering and ending the choruses

Thanks for the feedback.
I used short notes with lower octave which you might not be able to hear, because I am not mixing over nearfield speakers, but soon I am.

Uhmm you need longer notes on it then, and also increase the lower hz channels of equalizer and decrease the highers on that bass sample and it will sound really cool ;-)
