MAPS + Polarsoul?

I've got a few questions, since uncle google is being a bitch and isn't willing to find anything.

1)
Does anyone remember the site, where you had list of maps and you could test/download any of them?
There was a buttong:Test on a server and it loaded server for you with that map and gave you IP and you could try it, also it asked you to "stop the server after you're finished"?

2) Is there anyone who has Polarsoul in original quality? That youtube one ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YGL0vUutzk ) isn't good, it's crap and I can't find any download link :(((
