Writeconfig

He guys,

The command writeconfig isn't working here, when I execute it the file doesn't show up in the etmain folder. Any ideas how to fix this or another way to save my settings?

then we install etpro and ctrl + c to ctrl + v where we want that shit to

1- type and press enter /fs_game (will show you what folder / mod your game is running)*
2- /writeconfig hola (save your in game cfg)
3- /exec hola (execute your saved cfg)

* /fs_game can be etpro / etmain /jaymod etc

Make sure ET is running as admin, since ET needs the 'rights' to be allowed to write files on your drive.

Gonna try this tonight. If I writeconfig, I can exec it later, but cant find it anywhere in my ET folder, very strange. Maybe it's hidden?

Just to test you can also do a command (dont know exact but i think its something like) con_dump and it will dump your console in a file. Check if you can find that file. Atleast you will know if its a config issue or a write file issue.

it's in etpro's folder not etmain

It's either in the mod folder you are playing, or \AppData\local\Virtual Store\
