Yo! Need english help!

Yo crossfire, I need to perfom a informative speech next week in english and im going to talk about solar cells.
The help I need is how I am going to start the speech, to wake up the public, and make them interested in what im about to say. For an example it's really boring if I would start with like, "Yo I am going to talk about solar cells" that doesnt make you interested as a listener.

Some good advices would be really nice! Something that can be funny or dramatical.

Hope you understand me hehe.

Fun fact : Einstein didn get his nobel prize for his theory of relativity but for the photoelectric effect which is the reason why we have solar cells today. Even funnier, one of his biggest rival (Milikian or smth like that i dont remember his name) made everything to prove he was wrong and actually proved that he was right and indirectly open him the gates of nobel prize.

Ye, since the last year will be alot of practice on big companys, so you have a big chance to get a job when you finish school ^^

and you don't need to go another year its a call you make youreself, but wel see if its alot of practice outside of the school i think its fun :p
