FPS HELP :D

Sup guys, i wanted to play ET again, but i have a fps problem... time ago i change my VGA now its a AMD radeon r9 200, and i get like 20-40 fps while im running and if annoying has fuck, does someone knows how i can fix this?? thx in advance
