refresh rate question

now i know u should always play with the highest refresh rate u can but my question is my monitor hertz is 60 but i can run the game in 120 hertz with no problem so should i run 120 even tho my monitor is 60 or should i just keep it at 60 thanks for the help and merry xmas

you can try to reach 75 hertz in 1360x768 or something.. you need ti test it

It will only run what your monitor is at, if your monitor can only get 60hz then game will be that too. Try lowering your resolution, for eg 1024x768 more than likely will get 75hz and some others.
If you can get that highest set game res to that and windows res too

not needed to set the windows reso.. just ingame reso and fullscreen.. he can check it while minimizing et if he got the 75hz

The monitor won't perform 75hz unless you change your windows res. through gfc card drivers

no windowsa res is 1920x1090 ingame 1360x768 at 75hz... no need to chance both

but yes he has to set it to 75+ hz in the driver section..

Native res doesn't support 75hz (at least in my case) and so I'd need to change to 75hz in display settings every time I play ET @ r_mode 6! : ))
