CF ET: Decider of the week #1

During the group stage we will have a weekly community poll consisting of 3 maps (not listed in the current map pool) per format that can be chosen as "decider of the week". The poll will be announced each Sunday and will remain open until each following Sunday. The maps that can be chosen will differ each week.

The map per format that gets the most votes will function as the decider of the week. This means that in a 2-2 tie this map should be played as the decider.
