Serious question about RAM+MOBO+PSU+SSD

So, I'm getting i7 4790K + MSI GTX 980 OR 970 soonish(not ordered anything yet). Basically I need new mobo(well, thats not so hard to pick one I guess, just check that cpu fits in, right?) and next things:
RAM: DDR3 is way to go I guess, ddr4 not supported enought/too expensive/something else? Or is it okay to get some for noticeable performance boost(is there any?)?
SSD: How much space and which brand? Basic ssd is enought for windows+ couple of games I guess?
PSU: I got 550w, I guess I need to upgrade into 650w? (Not gonna overclock, max using in-built OC settings if anything) Solid brands, or anything does the job decently?
And then at last, if there is decent&trustworthy place to order everything at once, pls link. Finland is damn expensive when it comes to electronics...
P.S. Feel free to comment about anything that I didnt cover if you feel its important to let me know. Haven't followed the development in years, just checked today and during last days whats up in the field.

- 1. 8GB enought?
2. With that cpu+gfx, what hz and latency I should get? Any noticeable differences?
3. Any differences in brands, pretty much everyone is solid?

Last time i configured you (or maybe someone else) a budget pc.
It was all there.
lots of knowledge people there and nice community ;)
8GB is plenty, unless there's a need for more.
EVGA/ASUS are usually your more preferred choices. Gigabyte and MSI are decent too.
SSD size depends entirely on however much space you require. 120 is more than plenty for some, not nearly enough for others. Figure out what you'll be running and plan accordingly. Samsung and Crucial are preferred choices here.
550W is plenty if it's a decent PSU. If you plan on buying a new one look for a SeaSonic.
Amazon is good. Just buy wherever it's most comfortable for you and provides decent prices in shipping costs. Remember, no customs within the EU.
As for the CPU, if you're not planning to OC might as well opt out for a cheaper variation. Mobo to go with: ASRock/ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte.
Stick to a 970, the price difference is not worth the extra performance you get out of a 980. Despite it being an utter beast, there's really no need to be running one. Then again, if money is no concern, might as well.
Btw about the RAM, how fast ram is good for gaming, 1866 at least? And what about the latencys, do they matter how much? Dunno anything about ram's lol.
Speed doesn't matter. 1600MHz CL9 will do fine. Speed is only important with integrated GPU.
For brand I'd recommend Kingston HyperX, Crucial Ballistix, G.Skill Sniper/RipJaws or Corsair Dominator/Vengeance.
There really isn't any competition in SSD market atm, it's just stupid not to buy Crucial MX100. Capacity depends on your usage, I have Windows, few small programs, CSGO, After Effects, Sony Vegas and Photoshop on my 120GB SSD and I have 50GB free.
550W PSU is plenty for that setup, as long as it's good model and brand.
If you don't plan on overclocking, get non-K i7 or Xeon E3-1231 V3. It's i7 without integrated GPU.
For buying this stuff, take a look at Mindfactory: www.mindfactory.de
PS. Give config pls.
I strongly suggest cyborg mutations, becoming one with the computer is great especially when the bond is so strong that you are willing to have cyber-sex (sort of) with it.
Maybe something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207031 for your setup would be perfect
This would be ideal: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151124
Already have:
Case: Antec Nine Hundred Ultimate Gamer ATX
PSU: Antec TruePower New 550W
Gonna order: (all from same place, Fin prices)
Motherboard: Asus Z97-K Intel Z97 LGA 1150 ATX (119,90e) (H97 would been cheaper but would have to wait couple of weeks + z97 is leading chipset anyway which for everything is designed)
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K Box, LGA1150 (344,90e) (just mainstream cpu, any real reason to get something else?)
CPU Fan: ??? (do i need one, like noctua hd-14 or something, i guess not)
GFX: MSI GeForce GTX 980 Twin Frozr V Gaming, 4GB GDDR5 (599,90e)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix sport DDR3 1600 MHz 8 Gt (2x4 Gt) CL-9 (79,90e)
HDD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO Basic 250GB SATA 6Gb/s (129,90e) + Seagate Barracuda 7200 1000GB, SATA 6Gb/s (58,90e)
To my surprise, compared to German shops its only around ~100e more expensive(shipping costs + other expenses not even included, so its more like ~50e cheaper to order from Germany), so I'm gonna order from Finland.
Any special reason as to why a 980 and not 970? Overall you could easily save 300eur on this build by getting appropriate, to your needs, parts.
Personally I'd recommend something more along the lines of this: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/xnR8yc (german prices, amazon.de as supplier - delivery to Finland iirc)
I would buy Crucial MX100 because it has MLC NAND, that will stay fast always unlike TLC NAND and the MX100 has power capacitors included, that protect your data against unexpected power loss.
