Nexon has the worst customer support in the history of gamedevs/producers... I sent them a ticket 7 months ago, it's still 'Pending/Open' :D

I got mine in the email when they updated the game to support Steam.

Either way, try contacting them at twitter, they seem cool.. or even at irc!

is there something like a ranked queue shizzle like that so i dont get to play with people any more who never played a computer game before? im so tired of ppl pressing w +mouse1 as soon as they see an enemy, or getting shot wihtout even noticing zZz
