I don't want to be racist, but if you have particularly jagged or deep molars it's definitely easier to battle the build up of plaque when you have inlays.

On a serious note ceramic is way healthier than the old shit they used to put in composed of mercury its also not really visible if well done... (else bacteria go through ur inlay and rip tooth). If you go to some rooms with a so called "black light" aka night cklub n shit it may be visible but since its an inlay bitches wont even notice.
:p Even if they try hard to make it look like they other teeth, colour depends of the light illuminating the implant. It's just in case you plan to get a ceramic "fake" tooth and go to teh cklub or "laser game" shit... Well, its from the physical point of view I don't know much about the medical part though.
