Problem with twitch/OBS

Hey,
so I've wanted to try how is the streaming on this PC and it worked fine today for 1,5hour, then I stopped it, restarted PC and now I experience something really weird.

When I start broadcasting (Go live or whatever it's in the English version), I still have somehow 110-125fps ingame, but when I click ingame (I have it minimized so I can start the stream ofc) suddenly my fps drops to 30 and it's like capped to it, also my ping goes to 25-38 which is really weird...

Anyone ever experienced such a thing? I didn't change any settings

post your obs logs on the obs forums, will get you plenty of help.

settings > advanced > allow 61-125 fps input (check thethingy) might help
