Antivirus vs CGAC

My antivirus blocked my CGAC, it writes multiple virus infection and put in quarantine.But i can play when i prohibition my antivirus..but it is annoying
The AC actually contains a virus?

It is not a virus. Just add an exception to your AV for CGAC.exe or the CGACRelease folder.

Submit the files to your AC so it doesn't keep flagging. Norton is pain in da butt in that regards.

I always wonder why CGAC needs to connect two different servers. CG servers are obvious but then it connects to this another one as well. O.o

No I am not because it is not working but I am trying to and it would be easier if I know whats going on inside CGAC. You see I allowed CG servers trough my firewall so basically all data should be sent trough but still not working.

Probably one server to check playerinfo (the cg servers likely) and the ac server(for things like screenies/software detection) is on another server.

like i said, that's probably owned by that coder whois coding the ac and wouldnt be surprised if that also hosts the ac

I actually own that website and I just use it to host / check for updates as I didn't had ftp access untill recently. This is fixed in the next version (was a temporarily solution).
