MarkC vs Rinput

so i dont really know if markC's fix worked. i have small skips when moving horizontal.
like tracking a line in et. vertical it's all ok .. with the recorders dimr and mouserate, should the
1000hz be very stable, no skips down to whatever? ..

i've tried Rinput just now. it feels ok, but now if i move it looks like i've got vsync oder or so.
like ghosting.

any help or anyone else had these issues before?
