Need some help about new Headset

I want to buy a new Headset and i'm indecided between these:

If u guys know another one, also good, with identical prices and better then these, please tell me.
Also would like to know ur opinion about Surround VS Stéreo. Btw i will use the headset for gaming, music, watch movies etc..

I've had my audio technicas for years and they've been great. The 3 pairs I had before them lasted under a year (razer, turtle beach, steelseries). There are heaps in there within your price range but I cbf checking out the specs.
Stick with good audio brands (non gaming headphones) and not gaming brands and buy yourself a clip on mic (under 10 bucks).
