€ 800/900 (max)

Should be pretty easy!
About time. 20 fps on inferno GG.

Something like that, just get a better video card and dont let dell put the parts together and you should be fine.

Decent parts:
i7 ~4Ghz
8GB RAM
2TB Harddrive (mb 64gb SSD)
ATI Radeon R9 270x or 280x (Decent cards which are way cheaper than Nvidia ones)
isnt it still better to get strongest i5k than medium i7? u missed r9 280 between 270x and 280x

i7 is pretty pointless anyway. i5 is much better value for money and still 'good enough'
Parent
Thats possible, didnt really think about it.

The R9 280 is a good gfx card but for some € less you get the 270x and for some more the 280x which, imo, are more viable for the money spend
Parent
r9 280 had the best prize/performance ratio in poland.

I was checking for a friend and found the X-versions to be better in the ratio but that might have been due to several offers/discounts for them. I guess he will have to check for himself with the belgian prices and what offers he can get.

I can sell mine for 200e if you buy me a new one for 900e
1 Processor Intel Core i5 3450
2 Motherboard Intel DH77EB
3 RAM G.Skill RipjawsX (F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL ) (1 x 8 GB) 1600 MHz DDR3
4 PSU Seasonic S12II 520W 520 W
5 Cabinet Cooler Master Elite 310
6 Hard Drive Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1 TB
7 Optical Drive LG GH24NS95
8 SSD Kingston SSDNow V100 SV100S2/64G 64 GB
9 Graphic Card Sapphire Radeon R7 250 with Boost 1 GB GDDR5
10 Keyboard Microsoft Desktop 600
11 Monitor Dell S2240L 21.5" 1920 x 1080
12 Headphone Sennheiser HD 180
Depends on what exactly you need - PC with monitor, or without monitor, or maybe even with all peripherals?
I built my PC during summer, practically for CS:GO. I capped fps on 250 and unless I am streaming it's rock solid. If I remember correctly, it costed right around 750€ (without optical drive, OS, peripherals and monitor), but there are some high quality parts that can be replaced with cheaper pieces.

CPU - Intel i5-4590
Mobo - Asus H97M Plus
RAM - Kingston 8GB HyperX CL10 Fury Black
HDD - Crucial MX100 128GB
GPU - MSI R9 270x Gaming 2G
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Case - Nanoxia Deep Silence 4 Anthracite
PSU - Super Flower SF-550P14PE Golden King
CPU Cooler - Thermalright HR-02 Macho PCGH-Edition

As I said case, psu and cpu cooler can be easily replaced with much cheaper alternatives. As for monitor, I am big fan of Eizo, but something like Benq XL2411Z will perform excellently in cs, for much lower coin.
I've a monitor so I dont need another one :)

For the CPU, I think the Intel i5 4460 is good enough for csgo, isnt it ? And its a bit cheaper as far as I know.. ?

well, I am pretty sure there wouldn't be any significant difference between 4590 and 4460 - in fact the price difference is pretty much the same as the difference in their performance, minimal. If you really need to save those 10€, then i5-4460 is good choice, otherwise I would go for i5-4590 (I still see it as the best price/performance CPU if you don't go for overclocking).
Parent
ah okay, didnt know the price difference was so small, then I'll prolly go for the 4590 :)
Parent
I made a mistake - there is supposed to be 20€ difference, I was looking at wrong CPU. To me it's still not significant enough to prefer 4460 over 4590, but it's your choice, even 4460 should be more than enough to have rock solid 120+ fps
Parent
Well if its only 10-20 euro's its not such a problem I think :) I dunno much about CPU's and how good they are, how long I can use them, etc. So if you think the 4590 version is more worth it, then I should try that one :)
