AMD problems after latest update

I have FPS problems since the lasted graphics update. I've searched and seen people post links to a file called "atioglxx.dll" or something similiar to that, that's supposed to fix that.

All links are down unfortunately so I'm wondering if anyone could upload the file for me again or post a link to it.

Did atioglxx work for you? I've always held back from updating my drivers because i get problems with older games like ET
