Team viSual cheating guide

This journal is made to firstly introduce team viSual, secondly to tell you about our LAN experience and closing with some quotes!

Introduction

In January I started playing ET again after I got a really bad knee injury, that made me unable to play soccer for atleast 1 year. At this time I saw that GiZmO and my old mate iNsAne (back in 2009) were still playing ET. After some random games we started to talk about the LAN and stuff. We rapidly formed a team in February, but at the end of this month we decided to replace supNa for L4mpje. This ment that iNsAne could play SMG and L4mpje would be the freelancing rifle. We managed to be there all for a few days a week and play together. The struggle to go from 3o3 to 6o6 and play as a team was kinda hard I must say. Herewith some tax and personal analysis that have been made to improve xDDD

Background information

GiZmO is a dutch student who is member of a big student society. Therefore he was able to prac like 1 day per 3 weeks. Or he had to play at his laptop that smelled like beer. His dog is also called GiZmO.
outlAw plays LoL just like L4mpje and many others at our Teamspeak. He does this with terrific gaming gear, namely a 17 year old laptop or so. Btw, he lives like 2 streets away from GiZmO. iNsAne and outlAw know each other already for 10 years or so (NQ/Jaymod skillz it is).
iNsAne has been playing for quite a long time but he came back like 1 year ago and joined the above mentioned players to play some ET again. He drives decent cars such as ferrari’s, porches from A to B. He never changed gear and according to the LAN spectators he looks like 50cent junior.
L4mpje is a poor student that doesn’t have any money. He loves to flamethrower his girlfriend during the weekends or Buzzer (at LAN, because bored). He lives in Groningen and works at his dads shop which sells l4mps and some more stuff.
Ava not much to tell about him since he doesn’t talk that often and he joined in later. All we know is that he was the best German on his first LAN (2nd place), well done!
hybrAtek the one and only tax master / personal analysis, he changes his mind a lot. Within 1 minute he can tell you that he is good and he is shit.

LAN

We tuned in at the WZZRD LAN Centre on Friday afternoon, the only one missing was L4mpje. He had to sell some l4mps till 16CET, he was just in time to play craZe’s first 3o3 match. Eventhough Ava had a lot of issues we managed to win the first 2 groupstage matches, after that we didn’t win a single match. On the other hand team viSual managed to reach the finals, unfortunately they lost Credibilis really close, but intense gayming.
After leaving the WZZRD LAN Centre to go for our hotel Bad Boekelo, we had to check in with 5 people even though we reserved for only 4. Therefore L4mpje sneaked from the reception and went up. Unfortunately for him he saw some meeting rooms and the dining room, so he had to decide to get on the roof. After having called him, we decided that it was best to get him down to the reception again and tell a nice story to our marrocan bro from the reception. I never saw someone watching so weird to us. After drinking some captain morgan, Bacardi oakheart, eating chips and trying to get a l4mp on L4mpje’s head we decided to go to bed at 5AM. Before going to bed I had to read verse 14 of the bible though.




Next morning we went for some scrumbled eggs and 10kg’s of bacon, combined with some watery yellow stuff that had to be orange juice. Right after we went to the swimming pool! Some refreshing hours later we drove to the LAN centre where we met kApot, rezta and efax. First up in the evening was our 6o6 game versus xD Trickjump. We managed to beat them, so we knew we had to play the quarter finals on Sunday. There was still 1 match left in the groupstage, namely Rockit. Nothing more to say here actually.
We went for some pizza and drunk some beers, after that we went to Bad Boekelo. The first corner after leaving the LAN centre we had a police car behind us. They chased us for 5 mintues or so. We were pretty nervous cause we had 4 people at the backseat cause Efax decided to stay for a night. L4mpje was sucking GiZmoOo's dick so the police only saw 3 heads on the back and then they luckily for us, drove off. While arrived we saw the same marrocan guy at the reception, but this time we were with 6 guys (Efax joined us), dat face xDDD. At around 3AM the same marrocan guy came to warn us for the noise we made. I guess he is on medication at this moment, because he seemed to be confused as fuck.

Matchday

While waking up at 8AM I went to tell all the players it’s matchday boys in karate kid style, after we went to grab some croissants in the dining room and checked out in our hotel. Next up was our quarter finals game versus KOMMRANLAN, we managed to beat them with intense gayming (revanche). Right after that we had to play SICK6. Toxic who was still scared of playing versus us on adler (ET cup: 1min and 9secs), now we set a time of 1min and 39secs (sorry for that Toxic). Decider map: Bremen (thanks to razz’s feedback we changed tax on this map ;). After some intense gayming we were in the upper bracket finals versus Rockit once again. We had to play them for the 2nd time, different maps (namely grush and adler). After losing with 4secs on our homemap adler we had to play KOMMRANLAN again in the lower bracket final. We played the same maps, namely grush and adler. Decider got changed from Bremen to Supply! Some nice moments made this a very enjoyable lower bracket final (toNi & vANQ for jumping behind me and the other spectators to shout all the time) , result: 4-2 team viSual. In the upper bracket final we had to face Rockit again, with the same maps to be played we knew that Rockit was just too stronk for us.

Team viSual would like to thank everyone that attended and all the players that we spoke to. In particular the admins Sebhes and Timbolina for making this event happen and for all the guys fixing the computers (especially Crumbs, Ronner and eujen). We actually spoke to too many people to mention them all, therefore we want to shoutout every single person that we met at the LAN!
