NBS #1 | Public ETPro UP and running

NEW IP for NBS #1 : 91.198.152.75:27960

we solved the problems and now you can join the server.

few changes:

- Only Supply/Deli with disabled obj
- b4 replaced with et_ice
-Adler time reduced from 25 min to 15 min
- Gameserver location Frankfurt, Germany

On alter,i have horrible connect 125/200 ping no thanx and 91.198.152.75:27960 NBS #1 | Public ETPro by i3d.nl - it is still empty :D
