Corrupt ETTV demos

I have recorded 2 maps on ETTV and they won't replay.
The maps exist. It's radar and supply. radar is in pak0 and supply exists. Last week we recorded 3 maps; supply, grush and deli and it worked fine. Today the server was on radar when I connected ETTV and it recorded the typing the players did then we switched it to supply. We played supply then switched to radar and played that. I can't understand what the issue is here. I also copied the demo files over the the NA ETTV server and still can't play them.

btw Im waiting for reply from hannes if he can send me his ettv to dm84 converter
The ETTV demos are recorded from my own ettv server on Linux.
