why do nader & rhino have the same plant/defuse time as engineers and fragger doesn't?

yeah not sure, I didn't put it together, the wiki is better anyway.

It's a typo, syku(who made those numbers) I think copy pasted those values when he added those mercs but didn't reference ingame. I checked it and they have the same plant/defuse time as the other non-engineer mercs. ;)
