Looks more like 2004/2005-ish to be honest. Texture are nice but those shadows and lack of HDR/Bloom make them raw and plastic. Would be nice to see also some post process effects like motion blur, depth of field etc. Probably most of the players would turn them off but for moviemakers it's always nice to see some native support (without using external tools like Image-ET). Anyway, who made those pictures and is it going to happen also for PC?
These are taken via server script that creates a camera in the player position so you cant see ui like chatbox crosshair or arms\weapon and client settings like resolution AA AF and texture compression so you can be playing 960x540 at low settings and the server takes the screens at max resolutions and settings (4800x2700 as of now)
it can also record from script 4k@120fps from multiple cameras at desired timeframes with custom settings without launching the game
map is just old rtcw\et ctf_multi to test general movement and shooting and textures are PBR files 5-12kb size for rapidproto
here custom setting test1 with AO and AA this is for 5" screens so no 24xAA xddd
